On My Grind

Now as some of you may know, I'm currently taking the steps necessary to make a splash into Hollywood, and I'm going to exhaust every opportunity, and option to do so.. I'll use this blog as a means to keep you all in tune into the happenings of all that.. On set of The Gift (starring Charles Dutton)

Actor Charles Dutton ("Roc," "Get On the Bus") was in town over the weekend shooting an intense scene for "The Gift" at TJS Auto Imports (2149 Penrose). In the scene, Dutton faces off with Michael Wright ("Oz," "Five Heartbeats"), who plays a crooked cop. Dutton plays the father of an aspiring rapper, played by Jamie Hector, of "The Wire," who is running a credit-card scam to get money he needs for his son's surgery. Pictured here on the set are screenwriter Ken Kushner, executive producer Steve Gordon, Hector, child actor Tyire Johnson, Dutton, Wright, executive producer Terrance Glasgow and director J. Jesses Smith. The producers are hoping for festivals and a theatrical release.

Motivation

I've always believed that one should have role models.. Someone you aspire to be like or someone who inspires you. Some may aspire to be like athletes, some may aspire to be like musicians, but as for lil ol me.. I aspire to be like DIDDY! The man does it all and sets out to conquer everything he sets his eyes on.. So I use him as motivation.. All I need is a chance and I soon will be telling the world to "Take Dat!" lol
